On our winter walk we sometimes stroll through an ancient orchard. The aging trees are so beautiful even in the Winter months when you can see their frames and occasionally a little owl who lives there. Thinking about the seasons and how this ancient area changes so dramatically I thought it would be wonderful to catch this view in each season. So the idea of painting this apple tree during Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn has begun. Oil on canvas size 23 x 17cm - Hayden Price.
